    JobSummary:We are looking for adynamic and experienced Project Finance Manager to work for aGlobal organisation in the Energy/Wind sector.     JobResponsibilities:
    Developand Maintain Financial Models
    • Createand update financial models to facilitate strategicdecisionmaking.
    • Analyze financial data trendsand projections to provide insights andrecommendations.
    • Ensure accuracy andreliability of financial models for effective businessplanning.
    Budgeting and FinancialPlanning &Analysis
    • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to develop and managebudgets.
    • Conduct financial analysis and provideinsights to optimize resourceallocation.
    • Prepare periodic reports on budgetvs actual performance.
    ProjectFinance
    • Lead project financeinitiatives including sourcing and structuringfunding.
    • Evaluate the financial viability ofprojects and propose financing options.
    • Managerelationships with financial institutions andstakeholders.
    FinancialModelling
    • Develop and enhancefinancial models to assess variousscenarios.
    • Implement best practices forfinancial modelling andanalysis.
    Coordinating with Lendersand Credit Rating Agencies
    • Establishand maintain effective communication channels withlenders.
    • Address lenders requirements andprovide necessary financialinformation.
    • Coordinate with credit ratingagencies to ensure compliance with ratingcriteria.
    StakeholderCommunication
    • Engage with internaland external stakeholders to align financialstrategies.
    • Ensure transparency in financialreporting andcompliance.

    SkillsandQualifications:
    • QualifiedCA with 58 years of postqualification experience in project financeor related roles.
    • Relevant experience in Windor Solar sector is highly preferred.
    • Expertisein MS Excel for complex financial modelling andanalysis.
    • Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills.
    • Strong analytical andproblemsolving abilities.
    • Attention to detailand accuracy in financial analysis.
    • Ability tobuild and maintain positive relationships with lenders andstakeholders.
    • Effective collaboration withcrossfunctional teams.
    • Proactive approach toaddress challenges and findsolutions.
    • Efficient organizational and timemanagement skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasksand meetdeadlines.
