- Handle customer inquiries and provide support through voice calls and/or chat (text-based) interactions.
- Actively listen to customer needs and concerns, and provide accurate, clear, and concise information or solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues, guide customers through processes, and resolve problems efficiently.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all customer interactions in the designated system.
- Adhere to defined service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards for all customer contacts.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive customer experience.
- Undergraduate (UG) or Graduate degree.
- Good communication skills – excellent verbal communication for voice processes and strong written communication (grammar, spelling, punctuation, typing speed) for chat processes.
- Open to Freshers and candidates with prior BPO experience.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate various software applications.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn and improve.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, if required by the process.
