    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Lazy Yatra in Jaipur. As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall HR management. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive and engaging work environment for our employees.

    In Addition, we would need to work on the admin tasks to assist the team with the targets and other important details.

    Qualifications

    • HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
    • HR Operations and HR Policies knowledge
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Experience in employee relations and fostering a positive work culture
    • Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments
    • Relevant certification or degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus
