Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Specialist in Operations and Technology (SOT) located in Shivamogga.

The SOT will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of ICT, communication, and security technology solutions.

The role includes managing and implementing cyber security strategies, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining compliance with international guidelines.

The SOT will also coordinate with various teams to ensure business continuity and agility, and support capacity building and strategy development to mitigate digital risk.

Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in Integrated ICT, Communication, and Security Technology Solutions
Proficiency in Cyber Security strategies, risk assessments, and compliance with international guidelines
Ability to manage daily operations and coordinate with different teams
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in the ICT, Cyber Security, and Communication industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field
