    Job Overview

    We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team at ABHIMANYA DOORS. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a great opportunity for freshers with less than 1 year of experience to kickstart their career in business development in the building materials industry. The role is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India and is a full-time position.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • Includes Travelling on daily basis.
    • Should have Two Wheeler and Driving License.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
    • Self-motivated and target-driven
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
    • Familiarity with the building materials industry is a plus

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing potential clients and market trends
    • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings
    • Generate leads and drive sales by promoting ABHIMANYA DOORS' products and services
    • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
    • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals
    • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project implementation
    • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
    • Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts
