- Experience as Consulting Manager or Senior Consultant in a large consulting organization.
- 2 or more years Managing Agile development projects.
- Proven experience managing off-shore teams.
- Fluent Japanese speaking and writing skills ( JLPT N1/N2 certified )
- Certified ScrumMaster, PMP Certification
- Solid project management experience in application support and maintenance projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly.
- Exceptional team building and team management skills, with proven experience of managing virtual team.
- 5 plus years' experience as a project manager including client facing project management including delivering enterprise scale web applications.
