Rolesand Responsibilities:

Studying the materialwhich needs to be taught Train the youngstudents by using technology Take Lecturesas per the scheduled format and within the giventimeline Regularly mentoring yourstudents Conducting examinations anddistribution of results Collecting doubtsand addressing them Organizingextracurricular activities Report anddocument student progress Work with the teamon any other assigned task from time totimeTechnical SkillsRequired: Knowledge of Anesthesia procedureCPR Operation Theatre Candidates should knowabout nursing care.

Knowledge of different OT and drugs used inAnesthesia. Should know about differentsurgeries and surgical procedures. Knowledgeof presurgery intrasurgery and postsurgery care. Knowledge aboutbasic instruments and Machines used inOT

TheSuccessful Applicant:
The facilitators willbe primarily responsible for disseminating life skills andmotivation to the students with relevant technicalknowledge
