    We're seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team in the Water Treatment industry.

    Job Description

    • ❯ End-to-end Talent Acquisition for technical & non-technical roles, driving business growth through effective hiring strategies and processes.

    Mandatory Requirements:

    • Hiring experts with extensive experience (minimum 5 years) of handling full cycle recruitment operations from end-to-end including shortlisting, interviewing, hiring decision-making, onboarding etc.

    • A solid track record of successful talent acquisition initiatives that have resulted in filling critical positions within required timelines across industries especially hiring front line employee positions like production operators/welders etc., customer service representatives/cashiers/hospitality staffs retail sales/ marketing/sales manager/executives including senior management level . candidates should be having some exposure towards IT industry preferably as software development/international project coordination or equivalent domain related role.', '
