- Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity planning for offshore data engineering operations.
- Act as a technical and operational bridge between offshore teams and global data, analytics, and business leaders.
- Provide executive-level reporting on engineering team performance, delivery velocity, and platform stability.
- 12+ years overall experience with 4+ years managing offshore data engineering, architecture, or analytics teams in a matrixed environment.
- Strong people management, execution oversight, and performance accountability.
- Ability to balance direct leadership with dotted-line functional reporting.
- Expertise in modern data architecture, scalable pipelines, and cloud platforms (eg, Snowflake, GCP/Azure, Airflow, dbt, Talend).
- Experience optimizing data infrastructure, automation, and performance tuning.
- Understanding of data governance, metadata, and data quality frameworks.
- Accountable for delivery execution in Agile environments, working with Scrum Masters & Product Owners.
- Ability to remove roadblocks, optimize team efficiency, and drive execution cadence.
- Experience managing platform operations, production support, and incident resolution.
- Strong understanding of SLAs, monitoring, and disaster recovery coordination.
- Proven ability to engage with global data, technology, and business leaders.
- Strong communication and executive reporting skills, ensuring transparency in delivery.
