About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Work closely with the sales and marketing team in assisting the growth of the business by acquiring new business ideas
2. Work on pitching and promoting Wayspire services to prospective clients
3. Conduct career counseling of prospective students and understanding their learning objectives to offer relevant products to them
4. Build sales leads through referrals and cold calling to generate sales (monthly target/revenue-oriented)
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
6. Attend meetings to prepare and deliver pitches to prospective clients
7. Work on following up with team members to identify and manage risks
8. Work with the team members to identify and manage risks
9. Counsel students on the product and convince them to be paid customer
10. Work on leading sales demos with prospective customers with product presentations
11. Maintain a database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
12. Meet all quotas for cold, active, and inactive calls, appointments, and interviews
13. Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration, collaborating with the sales team on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
