Key Responsibilities:<\/b>

• Collaborate
  with sales and technical teams to understand client requirements and
  develop tailored BIM solutions.
  <\/li>
• Prepare
  detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and proposals for BIM services including
  modeling, coordination, clash detection, and 4D/5D simulations.
  <\/li>
• Analyse
  project drawings, specifications, and scope documents to identify
  estimation parameters.
  <\/li>
• Participate
  in client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions to support
  business development efforts.
  <\/li>
• Assist
  in preparing responses to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs with accurate technical and
  commercial inputs.
  <\/li>
• Maintain
  a database of historical project costs and estimation benchmarks.
  <\/li>
• Coordinate
  with internal BIM teams to validate scope, timelines, and resource
  requirements.
  <\/li>
• Stay
  updated with industry trends, BIM standards, and emerging technologies.
  <\/li><\/ul>

  Required Skills & Qualifications:<\/b>
  <\/p>

  • Bachelor's
    degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Diploma
    holders with relevant experience may also apply.
    <\/li>
  • 4+ years
    of experience in BIM estimation, presales, or related roles in AEC
    industry.
    <\/li>
  • Proficiency
    in BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
    <\/li>
  • Strong
    analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
    <\/li>
  • Excellent
    communication and presentation skills.
    <\/li>
  • Ability
    to work independently and collaboratively in a fast -paced environment.
