Profile - Front Office Executive
Location - Kurla West
Role & responsibilities
- Handling calls at reception
- Maintaining extension and seating data
- Visitor Management.
- Maintaining registers Material / courier / gate pass
- Receiving material and keeping track
- Oversee office maintenance, supplies, and inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, repairs, and other services.
- Ensure office equipment and facilities are well-maintained and in working order.
- Ensuring timely schedule of Annual maintenance contract
- Ensure all compliance registers are maintained at reception
- Handle Cab bookings for employees
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records and files.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors
- Organizing corporate events
- Maintain and update facility management records, attendance, and leave schedules
- Assist in managing office budget, tracking expenses, and processing invoices.
- Handle petty cash, office expenses, and budget requests for office supplies and operations
- Ensure proper documentation of office activities, expenses, and inventory
- Maintain confidentiality and organization of sensitive documents and records.
- Maintaining audit records, scheduling mock drills
- Voice and data services activation / deactivation as per request
- Ensure Vendor Balance Confirmation
Daily Briefing with pantry boys , housekeeping boys and security guard
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate Degree in any discipline
3 to 7 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management and Office Administration in a fast-paced, corporate environment
