    Description

    Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Digital Media Specialist to join our team and drive the promotion of our Influencers MBA program through effective advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital media, with expertise in digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels, strategies, and analytics tools. This role involves creating and optimizing advertisements, analyzing campaign performance, and implementing strategies to maximize registrations and engagement.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Advertising Campaign Management; Plan, create, and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.

    2. Ad copywriting: Write compelling ad copy and create visually appealing ad creatives to attract our target audience and drive conversions.

    3. Key word research and optimization: Conduct keyword research and implement strategies to optimize ad campaigns and improve visibility in various platforms.

    4. A/B Testing: Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, targeting parameters, and landing pages to identify the most effective strategies for driving registrations and conversions.

    5. Budget Management: Monitor advertising budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve campaign objectives within budget constraints.

    6. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Face- book Insights, and others to track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and generate actionable insights for optimization.

    7. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify opportunities for improving con- version rates throughout the customer journey, from ad click to registration, and implement strategies to enhance conversion efficiency.

    8. Adaptive Strategy Development: Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital marketing, and adapt strategies accordingly to maximize results.

    9. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to align advertising efforts with overall marketing objectives and messaging.

    Requirements:

    1. Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in digital media (Marketing), with a focus on advertising campaign management and optimization. Experience in a similar role within the education or online learning industry is a plus.

    2. Ad Platform Proficiency: Expertise in managing ads on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.

    3. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to interpret campaign metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

    4. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

    5. Strategic Thinking: Strategic mind-set with the ability to develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
