Job summary
The Community team is dedicated to enhancing the member experience sales performance and operational excellence of our WeWork locations. This team plays a central role in all operations at all locations of WeWork and serves as the face of WeWork.Responsibilities
Create a welcoming and collaborative community environment amongst our members through events by building relationships between members Ensure that your building is fully operational processes are running smoothly Drive growth promotion of WeWork-provided service offerings Take direction from the Community Lead and the Community Manager to support the Community Team as necessary Greet Point of Contact Be the first last point of contact for your building Cover front desk during business hours Greet check in member guests Manage OnDemand member checkins checkouts Prepare distribute promotional materials to guestspotential members Welcome walkins potential new members reference inquiries additional resources Membership Management Work community initiatives develop connections between members includes introductions event support email print communications Solve memberrelated issues ensure cohesive community maintained Conduct oneonones gather feedback Own percentage buildings renewalgrowth target Overseespecial amenities up-sells ancillary revenue hygiene Events Business Development Activities Assist set-up breakdown internal external events strategize plan execute Host periodic new orientations Create monthly calendar plan allocated budget Building Operations Maintenance Assist move-ins move-outs prepare distribute welcome packets Fielding assigning requests submitted ticketing platforms Manage keycard activations assisting minor challenges mail package responsibilities submitting receipts expense reports Identify escalate document issues Support manage third party teams Experience Qualifications Bachelor degree Hospitality graduate Customer ServiceHospitality Sales Experience Excellent verbal written communication skills Exceptional organizational multitasking skills Demonstrate integrity dependability responsibility accountability self-awareness work ethic empathy Passion entrepreneurial communities Proficient basic computer skills Equal Opportunity EmployerJob description
