    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Female Service Coordinator to join our team at GOOD FIVE YES JOB CONSULTANCY. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating service requests and ensuring timely response and resolution. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and the employment type is full-time.

    Roles and Responsibilities:-

    Service coordinator of Company is responsible to handling the service team for Service Calls that received from customer.

    Receiving the sales calls wide Phone, email, fax or in person shall be recorded in CRM / Service Call register with the details of nature service request, type of equipment and etc..

    With regarding to the nature of complaint, allocate the service person to attend the call within the time limit.

    With regarding to the nature of complaint, Service person can decide how to attend the call through online as well attending in direct.

    Co-ordinate with customer and Service personnel to solve the issues.

    Co-Ordinator to determine that the service call for the equipment is under warranty or not, if it is under warranty, cost of service is lies with Meera, if the call for machine which is out of warranty, Purchase order shall be received from the customer for service.

    Status of service calls details to be updated to MD on weekly basis for his review with evidence of service closure status of pending service calls.

    The performance of the service engineers (Including visits/service attendance) / Service calls / Nature of services / Under warranty services / out of warranty services / Time line for service call attendance / Service or Complaints shall be plotted wide trend charts to MD for his review on monthly basis.

    The Machine service call request that is in under warranty, shall be consider as customer complaint, shall be forwarded to Sales / QA for their review for take corrective / Preventive measures.

    Maintaining the Documents like Service procedure, Service Call register and other Records related to service activities.
