Job Location: Mumbai

Client: Fast growing multi-asset class asset management firm that creates futuristic investment solutions for their clients

Role and responsibilities

● Create an IT strategy and vision at an enterprise level

● Develop technical aspects of the firm's strategy to ensure alignment with business goals

● Implement technologies that yield significant impact to the existing processes

● Facilitate various businesses to use technology and showcase upcoming trends

● Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency

● Build data protection processes and business intelligence tools

● Build Mutual Fund tech infrastructure

Requirements and skills

● Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role

● Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy

● Experience in developing Software Applications – ERP, CRM, Workflow, Data architecture, etc

● Good knowledge of overall Cybersecurity domain

● Leadership and team building skills

Work Experience & Qualification

● Minimum 12 years work experience

● Industry experience in Asset management, Broking, Banks or NBFC

● Stakeholder Management experience is preferred

● Engineering, BSc/MSc in Computer Science or a related field; plus MBA
