    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop Sales and Marketing Strategies: Formulate and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies tailored to the workspace interiors segment. Identify target markets, analyze customer needs, and develop compelling value propositions to drive sales growth.

    2. Lead Sales Team: Provide leadership, direction, and support to the sales team, empowering them to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture focused on exceeding client expectations.

    3. Marketing Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns to promote Panache Interiors' workspace interior solutions. Utilize a mix of digital marketing, content marketing, events, and other channels to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.

    4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, interior designers, real estate developers, and other stakeholders in the workspace interiors industry. Understand client requirements, provide customized solutions, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

    5. Sales Forecasting and Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to forecast sales projections accurately. Track and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

    6. Strategic Partnerships: Identify strategic partnership opportunities with real estate firms, property developers, commercial brokers, and other relevant organizations to expand Panache Interiors' reach and access new markets. Negotiate partnership agreements and collaborate on joint marketing efforts to drive mutual business growth.

    7. Budget Management: Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI. Monitor expenditures, track financial performance against targets, and optimize spending to achieve business objectives while maintaining profitability.

    8. Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities in the workspace interiors sector.     Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field. MBA preferred.
