- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates, utilizing diverse channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions, preparing welcome kits, and coordinating with various departments to ensure a seamless integration.
- Provide support and guidance to new employees, addressing any questions or concerns and assisting with paperwork completion.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations, using HRIS software.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations, and keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management.
- Act as a trusted resource for employees, addressing inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and career development opportunities.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues in a fair and confidential manner, in consultation with senior management and legal counsel if necessary.
- Identify training needs within the organization and collaborate with department heads to develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and other learning activities to foster professional growth and career advancement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or professional HR certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 35 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting top talent, particularly at the senior level.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and employees at all levels.
- Proactive mindset with a creative approach to problemsolving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
