    Job Overview:

    We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our medical products and services to healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists. Your role is crucial in increasing the awareness and use of our products, ultimately contributing to the well-being of patients and the success of our company.



    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Establish and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers to promote the benefits and uses of our products.

    · Organize and conduct presentations and round-table discussions with healthcare professionals.

    · Keep abreast of the latest clinical data provided by the company, and interpret, present, and discuss this data with health professionals during presentations.

    · Monitor prescription patterns and trends within specific geographical areas.

    · Meet and exceed sales targets within a specified territory.

    · Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on potential opportunities, market trends, and challenges.

    · Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions, and symposium circuits.

    · Work with the sales team to develop strategies to approach potential customers and achieve sales targets.

    · Educate healthcare professionals on the proper use of the companys products and services.

    · Comply with all regulations regarding drug promotion and sales.

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field.

    · Proven work experience as a Medical Representative or similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.

    · Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics in the healthcare sector.

    · Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

    · Ability to travel frequently and possess a valid driver's license.

    · Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

    · Strong organizational and time management skills.

    Requirements
    Qualifications: Master degree in Business Administration (finance), Communications, or a related field. Ø Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other secretarial positions, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience supporting C-Level executives. Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to learn company-specific software if required. Ø Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail. Ø Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to draft correspondence and other communications quickly and efficiently. Ø Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. Ø High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information. Ø Flexibility and adaptability to handle a wide range of tasks and to work in a dynamic and often fast-paced environment. Ø Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners, and donors.
