Job Description
/ Responsibilities
Support, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP BASIS-related
issues – SAP ECC/SCM/BI/,B4 HANA, and S4 HANA
Applications.

• Follow and maintain procedures and manage

technologies and tasks based on "best practice"
standards for tasks such as system refreshes, backup
and recovery, error detection, SAPGUI deployment,
background job monitoring/scheduling, and Disaster
Recovery Procedures.

• Evaluate, install, and test Support packs and Kernel

upgrades

• Resolves application outages, implements corrective and

preventative actions

• Performance tuning/troubleshooting systems and

application issues

• Maintain system integrity and maximize uptime
• System refresh and Client copy
• Support Database team on Database Upgrades/Migration
• Work with Apps operations teams and functional teams to

ensure successful project implementations

• Work with 3rd party vendors to implement technology

initiatives and resolve problems/issues/bugs

• Managed systems/ EWA/Alert configuration in Solution

Manager

• Coordinate/Manage on-call support
