    We are seeking a talented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in both automation and manual testing. As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Talrop, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and analysis.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testing.
    • Identify and document software defects, track issues to resolution, and verify fixes.
    • Collaborate closely with software developers and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and ensure test coverage.
    • Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
    • Conduct regression testing to validate software changes and updates.
    • Perform performance testing and analysis to identify areas for optimization.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve our QA processes and methodologies.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on both automation and manual testing.
    • Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
    • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
    • Experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
