- Develop and implement strategies to expand export operations in the CIS and Russia region
- Identify and establish relationships with potential customers, distributors, and suppliers
- To identify the potential customer in CIS & Russian Market.
- Understand market trends, customer preferences, and competition in the target markets
- Ensure timely delivery of products to customers and provide excellent customer service
- Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing, and terms with customers and suppliers
- Manage logistics and transportation to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market data, and customer feedback
- Prepare reports and presentations to senior management
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field
- Proven experience of at least 8-12 years in export management, specifically in the CIS and Russia region
- In-depth knowledge of export regulations, documentation, and customs procedures
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in English and Russian languages
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to travel as required

This role will be responsible for managing and expanding our export operations in the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) and Russia region. The Manager - Export (CIS & Russia) will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, distributors, and suppliers in the target markets.
