    Job Description


    The role of Assistant Operations Manager focuses on improving operational systems, processes, and policies to support the organization's mission.



    Key Responsibilities:



    • Develop and implement methods to create, track, measure, and communicate processes and systems.

    • Travel throughout India as required by project needs.

    • Monitor process performance daily and define corrective and preventive actions to identify improvement opportunities.

    • Develop visual and non-visual Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for knowledge-sharing and process improvements.

    • Build strong process knowledge.

    • Oversee successful implementation of assigned projects.

    • Prepare reports and maintain records of work accomplishments and administrative information.

    • Understand project requirements, coordinate with resources, and direct projects in a timely manner.

    • Work in a dynamic, high-growth environment, including potential night-time work as required.

    • Delegate responsibilities efficiently to manage end-to-end project delivery.

    • Identify team member strengths and weaknesses and make suitable changes.



    Preferred Candidate Profile:



    • Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and initiatives.

    • Knowledge of IoT, Telematics, Fleet Management projects.

    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects.

    • Self-starter with the ability to learn new skills quickly.

    • Driven, team player motivated to take responsibility and ensure successful outcomes across activities.

    • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.



    Qualifications/Requirements:



    • Graduate degree.

    • Minimum 7-12 years of relevant experience.

    • Position based out of Gurgaon.
