As a key member of our team, the Communications Senior Specialist will manage or perform both internal and external communications about our Talent Development products, tools and processes to a company-wide, Division and/or regional audience.

    Your key responsibilities

  • Manage or perform both internal and external communications about Talent Development products, tools and processes to a company-wide, Division and/or regional audience
  • Develop the content for and producing written and visual communications, in accordance with the bank's policies, editorial standards and brand guidelines
  • Developing and executing the internal communication and marketing strategies for new internal products and key initiatives
  • Maintain and update internal communication artefacts and associated employee-facing collateral
  • Partner closely with the internal Communications function to jointly plan and deliver marketing campaigns for Talent Development Products and services
  • Drive thought leadership around internal communications best practices, ideas, opportunities to enhance offering
  • Drive the approach to measurement of the effectiveness of internal communications tools
  • Your skills and experience

  • Experience in an internal communications function of a large and complex global organisation operating in a regulated environment.
  • Experience with employee engagement, using new and innovative strategies for securing adoption of internal products and services
  • Experience managing external communications and familiar with LinkedIn
  • Experience with external employer brand campaigns
  • Skilled at preparing presentations with an analytical storyline for senior management and confident at liaising with senior stakeholders when required.
  • Experienced in effectively communicating with and positively influencing project stakeholders and team members as well as the ability to motivate and influence people
  • Experience working autonomously, navigating a high matrixed environment
