JobDescription:

• Collaboratewith the HireOn team to source and recruit qualified candidates forthe QA Automation Intern position.
• Work closelywith the QA team to understand product requirements and developcomprehensive test plans and testcases.
• Collaborate with developers tounderstand the architecture of our software applications andidentify opportunities for automation.
• Designdevelop and maintain automated test scripts using industrystandardautomation tools and frameworks.
• Executeautomated tests and analyze results to identify defectsinconsistencies and performance issues.
• Assistin the identification and prioritization of bugs and work with thedevelopment team to ensure timelyresolution.
• Participate in team meetingsdiscussions and code reviews to contribute to the overallimprovement of our software developmentprocess.
• Stay uptodate with the latest trendsand technologies in software testing and automation to continuouslyimprove our testingpractices.

Requirements:

• Currentlypursuing a degree in Computer Science Engineering or a relatedfield.
• Solid understanding of software testingconcepts methodologies and bestpractices.
• Familiarity with programminglanguages such as Python Java orJavaScript.
• Experience with test automationtools and frameworks (e.g. Selenium AppiumCypress).
• Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellentcommunication and teamwork skills.
• Ability tolearn quickly and adapt to new technologies andenvironments.
• Prior experience with versioncontrol systems (e.g. Git) and continuous integration tools (e.g.Jenkins) is aplus.
