    JOB DESCRIPTION- Sales Executive

    Location : Chennai.

    Total Experience: 4 6 years

    Salary: 30K to 40KCTC

    JOB BRIEF:

    To approach targeted business clients actively, set a pipeline and source new leads until getting them started. Manage relationships with existing customers. Conduct market research (analyze competitors, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc.). To build an effective long-term relationship with the customers and perform sets of sales activities to help the organization run effectively, efficiently, and in support of business strategies and objectives.

    RESPONSIBILITY:

    Achieve forecasted sales goals manage the sales pipeline and source leads

    Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.

    Set demo session with the potential customer to convert, meet customer requirements and maintain relationship

    Provide forecasts, reports and information

    Attend and represent the Company at local and national exhibitions and meetings.

    Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

    Develop existing accounts & seek new business. Analyze opportunities, identify key personnel, & develop strong business relationships. Consult & problem solve to enhance the Companys position in existing & target accounts.

    Utilize online resources to maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer files, & sales activity information. Discuss sales activities with Sales Manager.

    Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.

    Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

    Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.

    Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

    Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

    REQUIRNMENTS:

    Bachelors in marketing, business or equivalent

    3+ years of Marketing and Business Development Experience

    Excellent communication and presentation skills

    Solid knowledge of Sales management and b2b sales pipeline management

    Familiarity with analytical, productivity, and reporting tools such as MS Office, Asana, Slack, LinkedIn, PBI, etc...

    Fluency in English is required
