- Oversight of daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Leading and training Front-of-House staff (waiters, bartenders, barbacks, and bussers) while coordinating with the kitchen
- Implementation of Standard Operating Procedures for service, order taking, and bar operations
- Monitoring cost control, inventory, and supplier management for food and beverages
- Maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere by engaging with customers
- Collaboration with the bar team to deliver quality drinks and creative cocktail programs
- Responsibility for staff scheduling, hiring, and performance reviews
- Maintenance of hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
- Preparation and submission of daily/weekly reports on sales, costs, and service performance
- Planning and execution of special events and promotions
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant or bar management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to handle both food and beverage operations
- Solid understanding of cost control, budgeting, and inventory management
- Possess a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
- Problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to management
- Familiarity with bar operations, cocktails, and wine is an asset
