    Join Mon Petit Frère, a vibrant bar-restaurant in Colva, Goa, as we evolve our concept to include a strong coffee program and high-quality food and drinks. We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

    About the Role

    • Oversight of daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure smooth service delivery
    • Leading and training Front-of-House staff (waiters, bartenders, barbacks, and bussers) while coordinating with the kitchen
    • Implementation of Standard Operating Procedures for service, order taking, and bar operations
    • Monitoring cost control, inventory, and supplier management for food and beverages
    • Maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere by engaging with customers
    • Collaboration with the bar team to deliver quality drinks and creative cocktail programs
    • Responsibility for staff scheduling, hiring, and performance reviews
    • Maintenance of hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
    • Preparation and submission of daily/weekly reports on sales, costs, and service performance
    • Planning and execution of special events and promotions

    About You

    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant or bar management role
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Ability to handle both food and beverage operations
    • Solid understanding of cost control, budgeting, and inventory management
    • Possess a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
    • Problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to management
    • Familiarity with bar operations, cocktails, and wine is an asset
