- Project Support & Coordination:
- Provide administrative support to project managers across multiple projects.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resources to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- PMO Process Support:
- Assist in defining and maintaining PMO standards, policies, and best practices for project management processes.
- Support the development and implementation of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) across the organization.
- Ensure that all project documentation (e.g., status reports, risk logs, project charters) is properly maintained and updated.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track project performance (e.g., progress, risks, issues, and financials).
- Analyze project performance data and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Risk and Issue Management:
- Assist in the identification and assessment of project risks and issues.
- Monitor and track the resolution of project risks, issues, and action items.
- Support the creation of risk mitigation plans and escalation procedures.
- Resource Management:
- Track resource allocation and utilization across various projects.
- Assist in the identification of resource gaps or conflicts and communicate these to the project managers.
- Support the management of project staffing requirements and the assignment of resources.
- Project Lifecycle Support:
- Assist in the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects.
- Support the establishment and maintenance of project timelines, budget tracking, and deliverables.
- Ensure that all project documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance:
- Ensure that projects follow agreed-upon processes, standards, and quality controls.
- Conduct audits on project documentation and deliverables to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Assist in improving project management practices through continuous feedback and learning.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Facilitate effective communication between project managers, team members, and stakeholders.
- Schedule and prepare for project meetings (e.g., kick-off meetings, status meetings, and reviews).
- Ensure stakeholders are informed of project progress, changes, and potential issues.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a PMO-related role.
- Knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) and project management tools.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, ).
- Knowledge of project performance metrics and data analysis tools.
