Job summary
The Project Coordinator will assist in preparing project plans, schedules and resource allocation; coordinate daily activities with site teams; maintain project documentation; support procurement processes; track project progress and report deviations; conduct site visits to monitor work progress quality compliance ensure timely completion of milestones as per project timelines prepare daily weekly monthly progress reports ensure work aligns with project specifications safety guidelines quality standards support QAQC team with inspections documentation assist with resolving onsite issues coordinating corrective actions act as point contact for clients contractors suppliers internal teams assist organizing review meetings preparing minutes of meetings MoM maintain clear communication channels follow up on pending tasks maintain projects budgets billing support documents expense records prepare work orders GRNs contractor measurements related documents ensure timely submission of projects documents compliance reports
