Minimum Requirement-Degree or experience in the relevant field

Education- Graduation- BA/B.Sc. + B.Ed. (Mandatory)Post Graduation- MA/M.Sc. + M.Ed. (Mandatory)Ph.
D. in Education/Psychology (Preferred)

Experience- For

Assistant Professor - minimum 1 year of total teaching experience is required.
For

Associate Professor - minimum 8 years of total experience

Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct of subject classes in a domain or general subject.
Used flipped, blended, or other technology-dependent pedagogy to enhance learning outcomes.
Preparing teaching materials, course handouts and sending these to students in advance.
Directing and guiding students on internship, dissertations, and subject assignment papers.

Conduct tutorials in own subject, directing individual and group studiesParticipating in continuing education and professional development programsParticipation in scholarly activities, committees, and community servicesPreparing test materials and evaluation of written and external examinations/papers.

Planning and monitoring off-campus field trips for surveys, academic visits, etc.
