Job Description :
We are seeking a highly accomplished and experienced S4 CoE (Center of Excellence) Lead with over 15 years of experience to spearhead the management and coordination of various SAP functional modules and IT governance activities within our organization.
The ideal candidate will be adept at leading a team of analysts responsible for FICO, MM, SD, PP, EPPM, Basis, MDM, and Logical Access functions, ensuring seamless operations, alignment with organizational goals, setting up the organization from scratch, developing policies, procedures, and KPIs, and driving innovation through their extensive expertise.
L1, L2, L3 support, WRICEFs, Release management and system monitoring and integration platform support- are in his/her scope.
This role requires managing 5-10 team members consisting of FICO, MM, SD, PP, EPPM analysts, Basis Analysts, MDM specialists, and Logical Access experts.
Application in scope : S4/HANA - Private CloudSAP Rise (70 users including approves, 20 users in finance main users).
Most of the solution is finance (R2R) and includes :
- Accounting,.
- Fixed Assets.
- Controlling.
- Order to Cash.
- Procure To Pay.
- Time-off.
Integrations in scope :
- S4/HANA and other applications like SucessFactors, Banks (MBC), IT2, FG MS Azure as of today and CTRM EKA by June 2024 through BtP platform.
- In addition, possible integration Group Reporting, SAC and Blackline(TBD).
- Host to Host: Concur to S4/HANA, GRC to S4/HANA by May 2024.
- SAP BtP and MS Azure Integration.
Key Responsibilities :
- L1 Support and Training : Address `How to questions` and provide L1 support, hand holding activities to the users wherever required, conduct training need assessment members and planning and delivery of these trainings.
Incident Management : To manage resolution of the incidents by restoring services (Diagnose and resolve issues/incidents promptly L2-L3) and communicate the solution to the end user. This process manages the day-to-day support interface between end users and Service Providers. If needed escalate tickets to SAP and follow up till reply is received from SAP (L4 in SAP).
Problem Management: To lead to identify the problems in the application and eliminate them by removing the root cause of the problem. Maintain a healthy queue of problems with its related triage and solutions implemented.
Release Management: Manage the Basis Analysts responsible for SAP system administration, release management, maintenance, performance tuning, and upgrades.
Functional Module Leadership (WRICEFS): Provide strategic direction to a team of analysts specializing in SAP functional modules including FICO, MM, SD, PP, EPPM, ensuring efficient module operations, enhancements, and integrations.
Integration Platform Maintenance: Manage the support and maintenance for the integrations in the scope.
Master Data Management (MDM): Lead MDM initiatives, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accuracy across SAP modules and related systems.
Logical Access Control: Oversee logical access management, ensuring compliance with security policies, role-based access control, and user provisioning.
IT Governance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and enforce IT governance standards, policies, and best practices related to SAP systems.
Organization Setup: Take the lead in setting up the SAP Center of Excellence from scratch, including defining processes, assembling the team, establishing governance frameworks, and aligning with strategic objectives.
Policy and Procedure Development: Develop and implement comprehensive policies and procedures for SAP operations, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and organizational standards.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Define, track, and manage key performance indicators for the SAP CoE and functional modules, ensuring alignment with business goals and continuous improvement.
Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management to a diverse team of SAP analysts, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, align SAP strategies with business goals, and deliver effective solutions.
Project Management: Lead SAP projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and effective resource allocation to achieve project objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and enhancement of SAP functionalities to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Cloud Expertise: Leverage cloud experience to drive cloud integration and optimization initiatives within the SAP :
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Master's degree is a plus.
Over 15 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation, administration, and support, with expertise in FICO, MM, SD, PP, EPPM modules.
Over 5 years of hands -on experience in integration administration, and support, with expertise in SAP BtC platform and MS Azure integration platform is an asset.
Strong knowledge of SAP Basis administration, security, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with Master Data Management concepts and practices.
Experience with Logical Access Control and user provisioning in SAP environments.
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of leading diverse teams for a minimum of 7 years.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a COE organization and regional exposure.
Cloud experience, with a demonstrated understanding of cloud integration within SAP environments.
Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
