- Plan and manage Field Application team activities, including service visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
- Deliver hardware and software training to distributors, customers, and internal application teams.
- Support the sales team by conducting demos for key projects in industries such as Energy, Defense, Aerospace, and Manufacturing.
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and recommend appropriate measurement solutions.
- Conduct basic and advanced onsite training for PCMM hardware, including FARO Arm, Laser Tracker, and Laser Scanner, as well as measurement software such as CAM2 and BuildIT.
- Offer post-sales guidance on servicing, calibration, accessories procurement, and advanced training.
- Analyze customer needs to propose customized metrology solutions.
- Assist the sales department with technical demonstrations of products and software for prospective customers and provide support during exhibitions and workshops.
- Travel extensively across Gujarat, North, and East India to fulfill application engineering responsibilities.
