We are seeking a talented ETL Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ETL mapping, data mapping, and data warehousing concepts, along with expertise in SQL. As an ETL Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for ETL processes, ensuring the successful implementation and delivery of data solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for ETL processes
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ETL mappings
• Work closely with development teams to ensure the accurate and efficient implementation of ETL processes
• Perform data analysis and profiling to ensure data quality and integrity
• Create and maintain documentation related to ETL mappings, data models, and data dictionaries
• Conduct testing and validation of ETL processes to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Provide support and troubleshooting assistance for ETL-related issues
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data warehousing and ETL
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in ETL projects, with a strong understanding of ETL mapping, data mapping, and data warehousing concepts
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and querying
• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
