Production Manager - Apparel & Accessories

The production manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of apparel products.

This role involves strategic planning, operational management, team leadership, and collaboration with various departments to achieve production goals.


Key Responsibilities :

Production Planning and Scheduling:
Develop and implement effective production plans to meet sales demands and optimize resource utilization.


Quality Assurance:
Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure that products meet or exceed established quality standards.

Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address and resolve any production-related quality issues.


Cost Control and Budgeting:
Manage production costs within budgetary constraints, identifying and implementing cost-saving measures where possible.

Regularly analyze production expenses and work towards achieving cost efficiency without compromising product quality


Team Leadership and Development:
Provide effective leadership to the production team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.

Identify training needs and opportunities for skill development within the production team.


Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and associated carrying costs
