    Description

    Job Summary:-

    • Sets short- and long-term channel sales strategies
    • Develops relationships and structures partnerships with channel partners
    • Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
    • Coordinates development of sales and marketing materials required for channel partners to be successful
    • Trains sales resources within channel and attends client meetings with them where possible
    • Directs leads developed within the channel to the appropriate sales person within Maestro Realtek
    • Manages potential channel conflict with other sales channels
    • Evaluates effectiveness of partner programs and improves upon them
    • Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
    • Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements.
    • Educate partners about product portfolio and services offered.
    • Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.
    • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
    • Develop positive working relationship with partners to build business.
    • Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.

    Education and Experience

    § Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with Marketing specialization from reputed university

    § Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in Real Estate Industry with desired experience of leading a team of at least 5+ members.

    Leadership Competencies and Skills

    § Good interpersonal and customer facing skills, able to empathize, maintain professionalism, display patience and politeness within a sometimes pressurized environment

    § Good team working skills and ability to work with minimal supervision

    § Good oral communication skills. Ability to communicate with both customers and colleagues at all levels of seniority

    § Adaptable to work culture of a fast growing organization
