Tech Lead - Client Facing

We are looking for a Tech Lead (ASP.NET) who possesses exceptional technical expertise, communication skills, and leadership abilities to handle top global insurance corporates as clients.

This role demands end-to-end ownership, requiring collaboration with both internal and external teams to resolve complex technical challenges. As a startup, we seek an individual who thrives in ambiguity, takes initiative, and drives results.

About the Role:

You will be working on a comprehensive SaaS platform that distributes, manages, and supports Core Insurance, Wellness Benefits, and Fitness Integrations for employers and employees globally.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in ASP.NET development (C#, .NET Core, SQL Server)
Strong understanding of architecture, performance optimization, and security
Experience dealing with corporate clients and handling business-critical issues
Excellent problem-solving skills to quickly diagnose and fix complex issues
Ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and take ownership of projects
Startup mindset - comfortable in an unstructured, fast-moving environment
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and DevOps practices is a plus

Responsibilities:

Own the technical execution for key projects, ensuring scalable and robust solutions
Work directly with corporate clients, understanding their challenges and providing technical solutions
Lead internal and external teams to resolve critical issues and implement solutions
Guide junior developers and set technical best practices within the company
Develop, optimize, and maintain ASP.NET applications (C#, .NET Core, SQL Server)
Ensure high-performance, security, and scalability of applications
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues under pressure
Act as a bridge between business and tech, ensuring smooth client interactions and project delivery
Work directly with the founders and take full ownership of projects
