    We are urgently hiring Male Site Engineer for Nallasopara, Mumbai Location.

    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our construction team. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring that the construction project is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. The role offers a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This is a full-time position.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
    • Proven experience as a Site Engineer in the construction sector, with 4 to 6 years of experience
    • Sound knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent project management and organizational abilities
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as AutoCAD and MS Office Suite
    • Knowledge of local construction regulations and building codes
    • Certification in Construction Management will be an added advantage

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget
    • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project specifications
    • Oversee the procurement of construction materials and equipment, ensuring their quality and timely delivery
    • Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
    • Review and interpret construction drawings and blueprints, making necessary modifications as required
    • Prepare regular progress reports and communicate project updates to key stakeholders
    • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction, ensuring their timely resolution
    • Ensure proper documentation of all on-site activities, including approvals, permits, and as-built drawings
    • Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team, including mentoring junior engineers and technicians
    • Conduct regular inspections to identify any workmanship or material defects and take necessary corrective actions
