- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project specifications
- Oversee the procurement of construction materials and equipment, ensuring their quality and timely delivery
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Review and interpret construction drawings and blueprints, making necessary modifications as required
- Prepare regular progress reports and communicate project updates to key stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction, ensuring their timely resolution
- Ensure proper documentation of all on-site activities, including approvals, permits, and as-built drawings
- Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team, including mentoring junior engineers and technicians
