    Responsible for driving revenue and margin growth across all sales in allocated accounts.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate, prioritize, and implement multiple growth opportunities to drive performance and profitability.
    • Create a scalable platform by developing internal processes and procedures to efficiently manage business growth.
    • Provide strategic guidance on sales efforts to maximize revenues and meet corporate objectives.
    • Serve as an internal and external leader, strengthening the company's position in the market.
    • Nurture high-level customer relationships and develop new account/business opportunities.
    • Manage the tender bidding process effectively to secure deals.
    • Develop solutions to customer issues to ensure greater satisfaction.
    • Frequent travel within the allocated region/area.

    Key Qualifications

    • Strong understanding of the tendering process.
    • Excellent networking skills, particularly with senior management of target customers.
    • Result-oriented, with a proven track record of achievements.
    • Able to manage large accounts independently while handling delivery-oriented operations under pressure.
    • Strong business acumen, ethical practices, and value-driven leadership.
    • Proficient in communication, mentoring, coaching, strategizing, and operational excellence.

    Education and Experience

    • BE/MBA from a reputable institute.
    • Minimum 10-12 years of experience, with at least 5+ years in managing large/key accounts.
    • Experience in the HVAC industry is preferred.

    Languages

    • Good command of spoken and written English and Hindi. Knowledge of other Indian languages is an added advantage.

    Travel Requirements

    Frequent travels: greater than 50% per month/year.
