    Role & responsibilities

    • Would be responsible for Real Estate Sales in sites
    • lead generation
    • Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
    • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
    • Manage client query on the phone and convert tele-conversation into a personal meeting.
    • Negotiate terms and close the deal.
    • Site visit with client if required.

    Preferred candidate profile
