    ABOUT THE JOB

    Experience: 3-5 years

    Location: Gurgaon (on-site)

    Responsibilities:

    Employee Engagement:

    • Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing morale, motivation, and retention.
    • Conduct regular surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to assess employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize events, activities, and recognition programs that celebrate achievements and foster a sense of community.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers on effective employee engagement strategies, communication techniques, and best practices.

    Employer Branding:

    • Lead employer branding efforts to position Zupee as an employer of choice and attract top talent.
    • Develop and execute employer branding strategies, including crafting compelling messaging and narratives that highlight our unique culture, values, and opportunities for growth.
    • Manage the company's presence on employer branding platforms, social media channels, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
    • Partner with Marketing and Communications teams to create engaging content, employer branding campaigns, and recruitment materials.

    Internal Communication:

    • Develop and implement internal communication strategies and channels to ensure timely and effective dissemination of information across the organization.
    • Create and maintain communication materials, including newsletters, intranet content, and employee handbooks, to keep employees informed and engaged.
    • Facilitate regular communication forums, such as town hall meetings, team huddles, and feedback sessions, to promote transparency and dialogue.
    • Provide guidance and training to managers on communication best practices, including active listening, feedback delivery, and conflict resolution.
