Join our team as an Influencer Marketing Manager for our video production projects Your main job will be finding and coordinating talent for our videos. Here's what you'll do:

Responsibilities:

1. Find Talent: Use different platforms to find the right people for each project.
2. Hold Auditions: Organize and run auditions, both in person and online.
3. Evaluate Talent: Figure out if people are right for the roles and if they fit the project.
4. Coordinate Talent: Make sure everyone knows when and where they need to be for filming.
5. Build Relationships: Get to know talent agencies, actors, and others in the industry to find more people for our projects.
6. Work Together: Talk with directors and producers to understand what they need for each project.
7. Stay Updated: Keep an eye on what's happening in the industry and find new talent.
8. Handle Paperwork: Keep track of all the paperwork and budgets for casting.
9. Solve Problems: Fix any issues that come up during casting, so we can meet our deadlines.
10. Follow the Rules: Make sure we're following all the legal and industry rules for casting.
