    Description

    Overview:

    TheHR Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the HR departmentby managing various HR functions and ensuring compliance withemployment laws and regulations. They are responsible for assistingwith recruitment onboarding processes and maintaining accurate HRrecords.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Supportingthe recruitment process by posting job openings screening resumesand scheduling interviews.
    • Assisting in theonboarding process for new hires including conducting orientationsand facilitating paperworkcompletion.
    • Maintaining and updating the HRIS(Human Resources Information System) with employee data anddocumentation.
    • Managing employee files andensuring compliance with recordkeepingrequirements.
    • Assisting in benefitsadministration including enrollment and responding to employeeinquiries.
    • Conducting HR audits to ensure legalcompliance with policies andprocedures.
    • Assisting with performancemanagement processes including tracking employee evaluations andfeedback.
    • Handling employee relations mattersand escalating issues as needed.
    • Supporting theHR team in creating and maintaining HR policies andprocedures.
    • Assisting with HR projects such asdiversity and inclusion initiatives and employee engagementprograms.

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or relatedfield.
    • Proven experience in HR administrationor a related role.
    • Strong understanding of HRprocesses policies and bestpractices.
    • Proficiency in HRIS (Human ResourcesInformation System) and MS Office especially Excel andWord.
    • Knowledge of employment laws andregulations.
    • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
    • Strong attention to detailand accuracy in data management.
    • Effectivecommunication and interpersonal skills.
    • Abilityto maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information withdiscretion.
    • HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR)is aplus.
