- Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or relatedfield.
- Proven experience in HR administrationor a related role.
- Strong understanding of HRprocesses policies and bestpractices.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human ResourcesInformation System) and MS Office especially Excel andWord.
- Knowledge of employment laws andregulations.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Strong attention to detailand accuracy in data management.
- Effectivecommunication and interpersonal skills.
- Abilityto maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information withdiscretion.
- HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR)is aplus.
