We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medico Marketing Manager/Sr. Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-7 years of experience in the Indian job market context and will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for our pharmaceutical products. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and be able to effectively communicate with medical professionals and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products
• Collaborate with medical professionals and other stakeholders to develop and execute marketing plans
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and development
• Create and manage budgets for marketing initiatives
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and medical professionals
• Create and deliver compelling presentations to medical professionals and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 0-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing
• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry in India
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market research
• Ability to manage budgets and prioritize initiatives
• Experience in digital marketing and social media marketing is a plus
