    Job Description-

    PM Competency Requirement

    -Lead Closures engineering of cars or UVs from engineering side, right from concept finalization stage till launch

    -Meet the QCT target for the Closure modules assigned

    -Ensure timely delivery of Closures engineering Modules for various programs as per milestones defined.

    -Lead Closures Engineering Modules issue resolution and corrective actions on current production and warranty issues.

    -Represent Closures Engineering Modules in different meetings as well as quality and manufacturing CFT and review meetings, wherever applicable

    -Monitor progress status of Closures Engineering Modules deliverables with respect to overall program timing and resolve any bottlenecks. Escalate issues if any.

    -Manage and achieve various group targets like productivity, Innovation, VAVE etc.

    Software Competency

    -Good knowledge of PLM, TCUA, CATIA and good exposure to DMU

    -Expert in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint

    Development Competency

    -Should Interact with SMTLs, VMTL's, DMU team, PAT team, Styling Team, Manufacturing/ service teams for issue resolution

    -Lead and guide team members for achieving the Closures module targets and milestones

    -Should follow all the processes set by the company

    Managerial Competency

    -Leadership skills

    -Good communication skills

    -Constant learning appetite

    -Good presentation skills
