Location- Mumbai (Borivali East)

Position Overview:
Our team is at the forefront of technology, striving to create impactful solutions that meet the
needs of our clients. We are currently seeking a Tech Lead to join us, someone who can provide
technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership across both backend and frontend development
teams.
As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of both backend
(Laravel) and frontend ) components of our projects. You will work closely with
cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, robust architecture design, and
adherence to best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Laravel
development and React UI development, along with leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities:
● Provide technical leadership and mentorship to backend and frontend development teams.
● Lead the design and architecture of software solutions, ensuring scalability, performance,
and security.
● Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project
requirements and timelines.
● Oversee the implementation of RESTful APIs in Laravel and integration with
frontend applications.
● Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and enforce coding standards and best
practices.
● Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the development teams.
● Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, and make
recommendations for adoption where appropriate.
● Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating communication and
alignment.
● Maintain hands-on involvement in coding, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
Education & Experience
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
● Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar leadership role.
● Strong background in Laravel development with proficiency in PHP, MySQL, MongoDB,
Memcached, GIT and CICD.
● Extensive experience in development with expertise in integrating REST
APIs into frontend applications.
● Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
● Experience in implementing security measures, such as data encryption/decryption, and
ensuring compliance with industry standards.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
● Prior experience in the Edutech domain or CRM solutions is a plus.
● Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
