Key tasks & responsibilities:

1.Based on the part geometry find the best gate location and complete simulation Fill, Pack, Warp and Cooling based on requirements.

2.To execute flow analysis given gate locations.

3.To ensure that the customer standards are followed based on project requirement.

4. Anticipate the potential areas of issues and intimate the leader.

5.To ensure that the simulation processes, methods, tools and standards are followed as set by the company

6.Ensure effective communication with customer/Internal teams using appropriate tools.

7.To ensure that Quality and Delivery requirements of all assignments are respected by putting all the requisites in place.

8.Complete the assignment within the estimated time on or before the decided delivery date.

9.Anticipated delay to be communicated to reporting Leader 2 days in advance.

10.To maintain lessons learnt sheet and ensure implementation of the same to avoid repetition of issues.

Education, Skills and knowledge required:

1.BE or Diploma holder with 6-7 years of experience in Moldflow with MNC.

2. Filling, packing and warpage optimization.

3.The feed system and cooling channel modelling.

4.Good knowledge of polymers with their characteristic and behaviour.

5.Working experience in mould flow in Automotive interior, exterior and lighting parts.

6.Able to handle projects independently.

7.Communication skills to effectively communicate with formal reports .

8. Hypermesh skill will be an additional advantage.

9.Good understanding of tool design and product design.

10.Experience in solidworks or any other 3D software.
