- To take control/responsibility for each deal postorigination by the BUY side team. Tasks would include the business selection process, IM preparation, Structuring/Pitch, List of lenders, getting Termsheet/Sanctions, Working along with buyside to close the deal between the Borrower/Lender, Documentation, Support Fees collection
- Ability to lead and manage teams and maintain strong motivation that drives results and maintains performance standards
- Building a strong knowledge base on the sector(s) , Industry views, comparative deal analysis, valuation insights, etc.
