- Scanning qr codes of all products received from factory.
- Confirming and rechecking with factory in case of any discrepancy
- Average timing for inward outward of goods is 3 times a day , max 3 hours
- Checking system stock and website stock daily
- Discussing with social media planner regarding outfits that are out of stock physically and still visible on website
- Removing not available stock from website or just keeping the : Custom make option available with necessary timelines
- Messaging pre written messages to clients once their outfits are received
- Softwares : Easy shopper ( training from our end )
- Microsoft excel ( At least a 8/10 )
- Basic communication skills
- Gujarati /hindi : 7/10

Our client a leading Fashion Brand in Menswear & having premium retail store a t Bopal-Ambli Road, Ahmedabad. Company established in Year 2021 & having Total 9 Fashion Consultants & Other Staff & annual turnover of 5 Crs.
Position: Back Office Executive
Location: Ambli-Bopal Road, Ahmedabad
Gender: Male
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Minimum 1 Years as Back Office Executive & should have good command over Microsoft Office & Computer entries.
Timing: 6 days a week, 1 week off, 10 30 to 8 30 August to Feb to 7 30 march to July. During august to feb weekly once or twice could be extended to 10 30 as well depending on work on hand
Salary: 15,000 to 20,000/Month based on experience
