    The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing services and the ability to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

    Responsibilities:
    • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and industry research. Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities.
    • Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their business needs and proposing customized digital marketing solutions.
    • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders that clearly communicate the benefits of EZ Rankings' services.
    • Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate contract terms with clients and work towards the closure of sales while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to stay updated with industry trends and competitor strategies.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and account management teams to ensure that client needs are met and to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
    • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback to the management team.
    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • 4-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the digital marketing or related industry.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content creation.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
