    Inside Sales Executive:

    Experience: 3-5 years relevant experience

    Location: Mumbai

    Notice period: Immediate joiners/currently serving notice

    Work Mode: WFO

    Experience Required:

    • Experience in IT Staffing and IT services sales (consulting selling + tech services selling).
    • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
    • Should have experience in India based selling to captives/local GDCs of global clients.

    Qualification: Graduate from a recognized University

    Location: Local candidates based out of Mumbai (Office location - Powai) or Pune (Office location - Kharadi).

    Shift Timings: Regular Shift

    Key Responsibilities

    • Customer - Calling from a list of accounts (cold calling) that have not been tapped so far
    • for Inside Key Accounts and sales via tele-calling activity of the entire sales cycle including lead generation, opportunity conversion, customer interaction, cross and up selling, issue resolution. This role is to prospect and generate new logos only.
    • Updating Systems - Keeping the systems updated with regards to all interactions as per defined processes.
    • Reporting - Providing reports to the management as and when required by the process or requested by the user as per standard procedure.
    • Timely completion of call-cycle measured through telecalling data
    • Number of new leads generated and Number of new customers signed up
    • Decision to escalate a case as required
    • Conduct cold calls, emails and other lead generation efforts to meet designated project, new client activation, Relationship building, opportunity identification and meeting targets.
    • Onboard new client users of the service and educate them on the different services Dexian has to offer to them
    • Maintaining end to end process for new client acquisition in the system from lead generation to successful contract with the client.
